IMG_2039.jpgSpray oil or brush olive oil/ Melted butter on both sides.

IMG_2421.JPGStart by sprinkling salt and pepper as per your taste. You can also skip using pepper as we are going to use chilli powder.

IMG_2422.JPGSprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder on both sides.

IMG_2423.JPGYou can also first sprinkle all the spices then finally you can rub on both sides. Sprinkle chilli powder I used kashmir chilli powder it has less spice and beautiful color.Β

IMG_2424.JPGSprinkle 1 teaspoon of coriander powder and some cumin powder.

IMG_2427.JPGWe have used all the spice powders. Now it’s time to rub!! Rub the powders on both sides and taste for salt.

IMG_2429.JPGSprinkle some finely chopped coriander leaves.

IMG_2432.JPGPrepare the baking tray by spraying some oil and place the marinated cauliflower on it.

IMG_2437.JPGBake it for 10 minutes on one side.

IMG_2438.JPGFlip the cauliflower steak and bake it for another 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the oven we don’t want to burn the steaks.

IMG_2441.JPGBeautiful and tempting cauliflower steak is ready. Before serving you can broil it for 2-3 minutes for a crispy cauliflower steak.

IMG_2442.JPGYou can eat this steak along with some dip. I served it over the rice and Spinach dal.
