This super easy green peas gravy is perfect combo with pulao/briyani/roti/naan/dosa/idli.

Onion – 1 medium finely chopped
Tomato – 1 or 2 medium finely chopped, Tomato paste can also be used.
Fennel seeds – 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon or lesser
Cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Fresh or frozen peas – 1 cup
Milk/Fresh cream/cashew paste/Coconut paste – 2 tablespoon
Coriander leaves – for garnish
Chop onion and tomato keep aside.
Heat kadai/pan add oil, fennel seeds and let it crackle.
Then add onion and saute until brown.
Add ginger garlic paste let the raw smell leaves. Added some green chilli for the spicy.
Then add tomato along with some salt and saute until mushy.
Time to add masala powders, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder mix everything well and let it cook for few minutes.
After the raw smell of the powders leaves add green peas and mix well. Add required water and let it boil.
Lastly add some milk / fresh cream /coconut paste / coconut milk/ cashew paste and give a mix. This can be added just to give rich taste to the gravy.
Finally garnish with coriander leaves. And serve along with super quick veg briyani
