Everyone wants to eat healthy breakfast but we do not have time to make one. I know how it is feel to eat quick and unhealthy breakfast daily. I want to change that I want to eat something healthy at least 4 days a week.
Then I came up with this oatmeal recipe. I know making oatmeal is easy but i want this to be very quick and healthy.
This recipe is freezing method. Make a big batch of oatmeal and freezing it. When you want to eat take one add some low fat milk/vanilla milk/water whatever liquid you want and add some sweetener and heat in a microwave for 1 minute. Those who don’t have microwave just keep this oatmeal in a room temperature and heat everything in a sauce pan for 1 – 2 minutes.
Your super healthy very quick oatmeal is ready 🙂 Have it with green tea. You will feel super healthy and fresh everyday 🙂 I tried this recipe and felt the difference of eating healthy and unhealthy breakfast.

Let’s move on to the recipe.
Oatmeal – 2 cups
Water – 2 1/2 cup or more
salt – a pinch
For Apple oatmeal:
Apple – 1/2 chopped finely or chunks
Almond – 6 -7 chopped finely
Chia seeds – 1 teaspoon
For Banana oatmeal :
Banana – frozen or fresh 1
Walnuts – 2 tablespoon finely chopped
Chia seeds – 1 teaspoon
For blueberry oatmeal :
Blueberry – 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup
chia seeds – 1 teaspoon
sweetener of your choice
Milk of your choice
Chop all your fruits and everything ready.
Heat a sauce pan add 2 cups of oatmeal.
Add required amount to water to cook the oatmeal. Do not add too much water we don’t water mushy oatmeal. Add little less water and add pinch of salt.
Cook until oatmeal is cook and keep aside until it cool completely.
Prepare the muffin pan by applying some coconut oil or coconut spray. If you have silicon pan you don’t even need a oil.
Let’s make apple oatmeal. In a bowl take chopped apple, almonds and cinnamon powder and mix everything well with cooked oatmeal and transfer it to the muffin pan. Sprinkle some chia seeds on top.
To make the blueberry oatmeal. In a bowl take chopped blueberry and sprinkle cinnamon powder add cooked oatmeal and mix well. Transfer it to the muffin pan. Sprinkle some chia seeds on top.
To make banana oatmeal. In a bowl take banana I have used frozen banana’s. Add chopped walnuts and cinnamon powder and mix. Add cooked oatmeal and mix. Transfer it to the muffin pan. Sprinkle some chia seeds on top.
Once every muffin pan is filled wrap the pan with cling wrap. And keep this pan in freezer for 4 – 5 hours until the oatmeal is set.
Then slowly remove the oatmeal muffins from the pan using butter knife and store it in the zip lock or air tight containers.
When you ready take one or 2 oatmeal muffins and add some milk, sweetener and heat for 1 minute. Super healthy oatmeal is ready.
